AJAX, now with more bleach

By on October 14, 2005

We’ve already seen some neat things you can do with AJAX, so here is a open source library called Rico with full AJAX support that lets you do even more incredible things. AJAX has really come a long way and it’s only a matter of time before web apps based on it start popping up all over the place.

Community Portal AJAX enabled…

By on October 9, 2005

Well I had an excellent much needed day off today! Cleaned the apartment so it is spotless once again. Windows open no ac or heat. I love it when the natural air can sweep through your living space. I also finally got a rather long audio adapter to hook into my pc to stereo. I will never, ever, have to play cds, or listen to the radio ever!!!! In other news the Community Portal will be based off of AJAX (xml and Java Script). I have been very busy working on something new. I believe AJAX technology will revolutionize the web once again. What can you do with AJAX, oh I don’t know make full blown web applications. Ya I kind of like that concept. It operates obscenely fast and is very browser friendly. Check out these sites an you tell me…

Backbase
Portal Example
Dojo Toolkit
Echo

I think after I post this up and tie it into my other sites. I will work a great deal less on these sites. I hope after Christmas I can focus my energy on something more rewarding in life than simply passing variables into a database. I love design, I just need to get a life of my own. I will fix up my car and use that tax return to get a older Saab or BMW(pay cash and get it all done at once). I will also purchase a manual on the car so I can fix it. I will focus my energy more on my home and other things.
